LAUTECH Council Names Registrar, University Librarian

The Governing Council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, after a rigorous selection process that spanned two weeks, has named the duo of Mrs Olanike Olayinka Balogun and Dr. Adefunke Serah Ebijuwa, as Registrar and University Librarian respectively of the thirty-four year old Institution.

Chairman of the University Governing Council, Professor Ayodeji Oludare Omole, who made the announcement on Friday, May 31, 2024, after Special Council meetings that lasted between May 27 and June 31, 2024, stated that their  five-year tenure of office begins on August 14, 2024.

According to him, the new substantive Vice -Chancellor whose name has been communicated by Council to the Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, who is also Visitor to the University, will be made public soon.

He further hinted that a new Bursar will also be named in due course.
