Daily Birthday Greetings Initiative
Dear All,
As part of our ongoing efforts to foster good customer relations and create a warm, friendly work environment, I have introduced the daily practice of sending birthday greetings to both staff and students.
This simple act of recognition will help to strengthen the bonds within our library community and reflects our shared commitment to excellent service.
