The Electoral Committee wishes to notify all aspirants that the screening and verification exercise for the 2025/2026 Students' Union Election has been concluded.

Accordingly, attached are the screening results of all aspirants.

Candidates whose status is indicated as Not qualified are advised to refer to the Remarks column for the reason(s) for their non-clearance.

Any complaint, clarification, observation, or appeal arising from the screening results shall be submitted to the Office of the Secretary, Electoral Committee from 5th July to 7th July, 2026. No complaint or appeal received after the expiration of the stipulated period shall be entertained.

All aspirants are advised to carefully study the attached publication and comply with the directives contained therein.

The Electoral Committee remains committed to conducting a free, fair, transparent, and credible electoral process in accordance with the approved Electoral Guidelines.
