LAUTECH to Collaborate with the British Council innovation for African Universities
Vice Chancellor, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, has said the Institution will collaborate with the British Council innovation for African Universities to deepen entrepreneurship among its students.
Professor Kalilu spoke while playing host to the Representative of Innovation for African Universities Representatives of the British council for African Universities in his office.
He said the University was always ready to partner with any University with innovation programmes as LAUTECH itself is a University rich in Technology, committed to training its students on how to be a solution provider especially on African related problem.
While speaking the coordinator of the group in LAUTECH, Prof. Justice Emuoyibofhare highlighted many ways by which LAUTECH can benefit from this program, he commended the Vice Chancellor for turning the University to a fully technological driven one.
He noted that students of the University will be able to be entrepreneur in their choice of profession.
Coordinator of IAU in Nigeria Soji Megbowon advocated for a good partnership between the council and LAUTECH, he maintained that the council will work with LAUTECH especially on entrepreneur.
